Packers NFL Draft Picks 2024: A complete list of Green Bay’s draft picks in each round
In the first season of the Jordan Love era in Green Bay, the Packers were something of a Cinderella story in the playoffs, entering as the No. 7 seed and defeating the No. 2 Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round. They nearly pulled off the shock against the 49ers in the Divisional round, but Christian McCaffrey had other intentions, sending the Packers home with a 24-21 setback that was still further than most expected Green Bay to go.
David Bakhtiari, a long-time member of the Packers’ roster, was released in March. The three-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro had spent his entire 11-season career in Green Bay and was still a free agent in mid-April. With some decent depth at offensive tackle in this year’s draft class, the Packers may look to this year’s slate to replace Bakhtiari’s absence.
Safety is likely to be a big consideration for the Packers’ front management as they develop their draft boards. They signed Xavier McKinney in March, but Darnell Savage and Jonathan Owens are no longer on the roster, and they’ll most certainly need more game-ready players at the position.
The Packers have a large number of picks this year, with three in the first two rounds and five in the top 100. They will select first at 25th overall.
