It may be Premier Sports Cup weekend in Scotland – but that won’t stop the transfers as the deals keep on coming.

Adam Idah has finally checked in at Celtic after a summer long chase with the Hoops shelling out a £9.5million package. Brendan Rodgers is still in the market with Wataru Endo of Liverpool and Arne Engles of Augsburg floated as midfield targets with star man Matt O’Riley looking likely to depart as Atalanta continue their push. They’ve had FIVE offers booted out while Southamption are out of the race for the former MK Dons man.

Rangers may well need a replacement for Ridvan Yilmaz. Record Sport understands that the left back’s injury may be worse than first feared, leaving sidelined for a length period of time. And we’ve been told that former Man Utd starlet Brandon Williams is a name being circulated within Ibrox as a possible free transfer solution. Philippe Clement is after more new faces while the likes of Ianis Hagi, Todd Cantwell and Rabbi Matondo have been linked with the exit door to free up funds.

It’s life after Bojan Miovski for Aberdeen after they landed a record club fee of £6.8m from Girona for their star man. They’ve been linked with a move for St johnstone’s Adama Sidibeh as a potential replacement as Jimmy Thelin looks to replace his key striker.

Hearts are at it again, this time raiding South America for Colombian international left back Andres Salazar. The 21-year-old is the Jambos’ ninth summer signing but Naismith is unsure if there will be a tenth unless they have to replace someone.

Hibs have landed Kwon on loan from Celtic and still want to sign Luke McCowan from Dundee, but they’ve seen every bid rejected by the Dark Blues so far.
