September marks the return of Aerosmith’s postponed “Peace Out” farewell tour in Pennsylvania.
The legendary rock group will play its first show of the tour on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Pittsburgh’s PPG Paints Arena.
Although The Black Crowes are scheduled to begin the tour, Teddy Swims will do so on September 20. Teddy Swims expressed on Instagram that the performance would be “a dream come true.” Additionally, Swims announced on Instagram that his sold-out headline “I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy” tour.
The Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia will host a stop on September 23 as part of the “Peace Out” tour.

- The first “Peace Out” farewell tour by Aerosmith was postponed following the announcement in September 2023 by Steven Tyler, 76, that he suffered voice chord damage. Tyler required time to heal. The band said that all tickets already purchased for the postponed gigs will be honored. On September 2, 2023, Aerosmith did indeed play in Philadelphia. This tour was rescheduled until late September.
