A NEW TEAM LINE-UP FOR THE NEW APPIONTMENT OF JOHN FORCE RACING

YORBA LINDA, Calif. (February 6, 2024) – John Force Racing is set to field three full-time entries in the upcoming

2024 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season. Returning to the lineup are John Force and Brittany Force,

both stalwarts in their respective categories, alongside newcomer Austin Prock, who will make his Funny Car debut as they aim to secure the organization’s 23rd and 24th NHRA world championships.

John Force, a 16-time world champion, will pilot the PEAK Antifreeze and Coolant / Blue DEF Chevrolet Camaro SS

Funny Car, with crew chiefs Danny Hood and Tim Fabrisi continuing their roles, complemented by the addition of

Chris Cunningham for the 2024 season. Cunningham joins from Austin Prock’s former Top Fuel team, bringing with him a record of one victory and two No. 1 qualifying positions in 2024.

Austin Prock will step into the driver’s seat of the Cornwell Tools / AAA Chevrolet Camaro SS Funny Car,

temporarily vacated by Robert Hight due to personal medical reasons. Notably, Prock will drive under the guidance of his father, Jimmy Prock, and brother, Thomas Prock, alongside Nate Hildahl.

Meanwhile, Brittany Force, a two-time world champion, continues her tenure with the Monster Energy Chevrolet

dragster. She will be supported by crew chief David Grubnic, who will now be joined by John Collins, previously with

Reflecting on the upcoming season, John Force expressed optimism despite the challenges faced in the previous

year, including Robert Hight’s temporary absence. Force highlighted the team’s readiness with the addition of

Cunningham and emphasized their collective motivation following a season without victories or a championship.

John Force Racing will commence preparations for the 2024 season with testing at Bradenton Motorsports Park this

week, followed by participation in the PRO Superstar Shootout from February 8-10. The NHRA Mission Foods Drag

Racing Series kicks off officially on March 8-10 with the NHRA Gatornationals at Gainesville Raceway.
